This future project is coming to the corner of Stine and White Lane at the Body Exchange shopping center. Beginning in September 2016,  Seron Energy will install a custom project for this complex.  We are going from (128) existing 400 watt MH pole mount fixtures and converting to (76) 120 watt LED post top/pole mount fixtures.  These changes will result in huge energy savings for this property owner, while using a zero percent interest-financing program (OBF) provided by Pacific Gas & Electric. Through this program provided by PG&E, the owner will complete this project with no upfront costs, while paying it back at 0% interest, providing a return on his investment in 1 and a half years.
